After more than 10 years as a Probation Officer and Staff Development Officer for a number of Probation Services, Mark Ostling launched Ostling Training in July of 2001.

Since then, Mark has designed and delivered face to face, online and distance learning training programmes for a wide range of prisons and probation services, as well as helping to design and deliver national training programmes in the UK and France.

Ostling Training has also designed and delivered training programmes for several partnership agencies and voluntary sector organisations. References from all of these agencies are available on request.
