- Course schedules and availability are subject to confirmation by Ostling Training.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Booking and Payment
- Bookings can be made via our website, email, or telephone.
- Payment must be made in full as agreed at the time of booking. All prices are stated in GBP unless otherwise specified.
- Fees cover the course, training materials, and, where applicable, trainer travel and accommodation costs. Additional expenses are the responsibility of the participant unless agreed in advance.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- Refunds and rescheduling policies will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
- Ostling Training reserves the right to cancel or postpone courses for operational or safety reasons. In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be provided.
5. Participant Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during courses.
- Ostling Training reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the learning environment, without entitlement to a refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- All course materials, content, and resources provided by Ostling Training are the intellectual property of Ostling Training and/or its partners.
- Participants may use materials for personal or internal business use only. Copying, distributing, or reproducing materials without permission is prohibited.
7. Liability
- Ostling Training provides training to the best of its ability and experience.
- While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we do not accept liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in our courses.
- Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the course in question.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
